The Edwardian Needle is a most unusual shop. We endeavor to offer an exciting environment for everyone even remotely interested in needlework to come and enjoy. We have a complete range of canvas, linen, patterns, books, charms, notions, beads, and Threads, Threads, Threads! (Including the usual and even the Unusual.) In addition to the "normal" things one finds in a needlework shop, we try to be of service to a more far-reaching community of needleworkers including dollmakers, costumers, smockers, and fine handsewers and stock French laces, Swiss embroideries, batistes, silk, silk ribbons, mother-of-pearl buttons, princess lace supplies, cotton net, trims, embellishments, and patterns. When you come into the shop, you will be welcomed to come sit in our Stitching Parlor a while. Someone may be learning a new stitch or just trying to coordinate the perfect color of Au Ver A Soie to a painted canvas. We also have a complete schedule of ongoing classes in which you may wish to participate. It is our hope to be a "full service" shop and listen to the comments and suggestions of our valued customers. If you have any questions, comments, or wish to join a class, please address them to us.
