Pat has come up with another winner!  The delightful pink bird, with a palm tree off in the background, conjures up images of Florida.  The Art Deco motifs on each side enhance the Miami feel.  As with the other "Quilted" pieces, the design is stitched on 18-count canvas using overdyed silks, pearl cotton, floss, and Kreinik braids.  The 36-page instruction booklet contains detailed directions for completing each stitch, as well as charts for each square in the piece, the background, border, and side motifs.
